Harveys

The objectives of their store management is to grow the business in their individual store through strong leadership, team coaching and business management. Their responsibilities include setting and achieving sales targets, managing stock levels, controlling costs and developing stock loss strategies as well as ensuring the effective layout of their sales floor and the display and promotion of merchandise. Customer service is a top priority, with special emphasis on building customer loyalty. Equally important is the management of their sales team, from recruitment to identifying staff training and development needs, conducting individual reviews and providing ongoing personal support.

Harveys FurnitureCommitment is a key factor in the demanding furniture and retail environment. The hours can be long and you will be required to adapt a variety of skills to deal effectively and confidently with any given situation.

In order to achieve, maintain and extend their lead position they look for committed and ambitious team members to compliment their forward thinking, dynamic sales team.
