Training & Development
It's important to Republic that you are made to feel at home from day one so when you start at Republic you'll receive a warm and enthusiastic welcome through our 12 week induction process.
Regardless of whether you work as a Manager or Advisor you will receive everything you need to know about Republic, helping you understand the customer service ethos, company objectives and retailing disciplines.
Your career progression is really important to them: Republic are keen to ensure everyone has an active and meaningful development plan at all times. They offer learning and development around core and advanced modules and you'll even receive your own Personal Trainer to help you progress through your career path!
If you join Republic as a Manager you will automatically be enrolled on the Management Training Programme receiving 10 training modules designed to give you the best possible all round knowledge.
Your continued personal development will be aided by your Line Manager who will hold 6 and 12 week reviews with you before holding annual appraisals (not forgetting those all important coaching and feedback chats!).
