They work together mainly out of store opening hours, to ensure the store has full ranges on display and support the stores Visual team to ensure the stores are visually exciting. With their rapid turnover of stock, it's essential that the stores replace their merchandise quickly and with the minimum of fuss, making a smooth transition of merchandise from the hands of the delivery team to those of the customers. This team's commitment and determination helps them to rise to the ongoing challenge to maintain that vital support for the sales teams and deal with the stream of incoming deliveries. Their customers don't see it, but behind the scenes in any store, there's a team of people working hard to ensure it operates smoothly. With so many different departments and elements to think about, it's no easy task.
